FEE SCHEDULE FOR TCW & SUMMER SCHOOL 2023

Registration Rates are in Canadian Dollars per person

If an individual cancels on or before June 9, 2023, we will provide a refund, less a $200 CAD administrative fee

Due to contractual obligations with the universities, if an individual cancels after June 9, 2023, we are unable to provide a refund. Attendees are strongly advised to have suitable insurance to cover any loss of fees in the event of illness, injury, or other unavoidable circumstances.

The Summer Events Committee is monitoring the Covid-19 situation and regulations around gatherings and travel.
If TAC or the universities cancel the event at any point, you will receive a full refund.

Information for residents: Full registration includes accommodations, meals, classes, evening dances, and the Banquet & Ball associated with each event.

Accommodations:

Dalhousie University has suites for 2, 3, or 4 people. Each bedroom is separate, and two bedrooms share one bathroom en suite. There are no single rooms.

King’s College has double rooms with two single beds separated by a hallway or single rooms with one bed. All bathrooms are shared with other rooms on the same floor. Due to the lack of en suite facilities, and air-conditioning, a refund in registration fees of $100 per person is offered for those requesting accommodations during Summer School or both TCW & Summer School at the recently renovated King’s College.

For those attending TCW for the weekend only, housing will be at King's College. All classes, dances, meals, and the AGM will at King's.

Meals: All meals will be taken at King's College, even for residents at Dalhousie University who are attending both TCW and Summer School.
