All Tickets should be purchased ahead of time.
There will be some dancing in between each competition category, so if you are planning on watching, please also bring your dance shoes

WAVERLEY STATION fuses the exciting musical energy of David Knight on fiddle and Liz Donaldson on piano The duo, based in the Washington DC area, has been playing together since 1999.With nearly boundless dance and music experience amongst them - taking them to every continent but four - Liz and David truly enjoy playing for English, Scottish, and American contra dancing..When not playing as Waverley Station they follow their own individual muses into genres as diverse as Swing, Irish, Klezmer, American Folk and Acoustic Rave. If it’s Waverley Station on the stage, you are sure to leave wanting more!!! Check out their CD, Waverley Station: First Stop!, which features generic Scottish Dance sets.

TAC Organizational Objectives
- To train and support all levels of teachers and instructors of SCD within the RSCDS framework.
- To foster high-quality teaching that supports individual dancers and all types of classes.
- To encourage involvement in Scotland's heritage of country dancing by promoting its learning, enjoyment, and sociability.
- To make available and promote resources for reference and instruction, including dance descriptions and recorded music.
- To nurture the development of musicians for Scottish country dancing.
- To facilitate communication and relationships between dance teachers, instructors, supporters, organizations, and musicians.
- To archive and preserve, in an accessible form, TAC's history of supporting Scottish country dancing.

TAC Membership
If you are a teacher of Scottish Country Dance having passed RSCDS Teaching Certificate Level 1 (Units 1, 2 & 3 or the Prelim) or Level 2 (Units 4 & 5 or Full), join other teachers as a TAC member and have access to the full range of services and support that TAC offers. Membership is also open to those who have participated in the Core Training for Instructors (CTI) and received a Statement of Proficiency as an Instructor of Scottish country dancing from the RSCDS.
