2025 Silent Auction At Summer School

Donations Wanted for Silent Auction!

Again, we will hold an in-person Silent Auction for TAC. Proceeds from the Auction will support TAC's Bobby Brown Music Apprenticeship Fund.

We would be very grateful if you would consider donating an item(s) to the Auction that will be held during the TCW Weekend and Summer School, August 1 to August 10, 2025, at Bishop’s University.

SILENT AUCTION

Silent Auction items could include hand-made items; gently used and/or vintage jewellery (suitable for wearing at dances and Balls); novelties ranging from fun and quirky to fabulous; Scottish-themed dishes, scarves, books, puzzles, artwork; and anything in between. Gift cards to Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and similar establishments would also be popular. Items in good condition, please!

Are you crafty?  Do you have a special skill that you could teach on Zoom?

You can also consider donating non-tangible items such as a dance or a tune devised for someone special.

We have created an Auction Donation Form to make it easy to donate your items.

You can download the donation form here. [Donation form]

You can access a fillable donation form here. [Fillable Donation Form]

Use this link to download rules covering auction bidding. [Auction Rules]

Please complete the Donation Form with details of the item you plan to donate so I know what you will bring to Bishop’s University.

Please send me your completed form and a photo of the item by July 25, 2025, to allow time to prepare for the Auction. You can also use the form to donate money in lieu of an item to support TAC's Bobby Brown Music Apprenticeship Fund.
