We are so excited you are joining us at Medicine Hat College this summer for the Candidates Course -
Saturday, July 18 to Sunday, August 2, 2026.


The tutor for the course will be Rebecca Blackhall-Peters from Summerland, BC and the musician will
be Gary Thomas from Santa Rosa, California.


The registration fee includes all meals, residence, the course itself, examination fees and the Summer
School Ball.

ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS.


All fees are paid online through the TAC PayPal processor EITHER by credit card OR PayPal
account; PLEASE NOTE you have the choice of paying with a credit card within the PayPal
payment processor without having a PayPal account.


Candidates living in Canada (only) have the option to pay by e-transfer to setreasurer@tac-
rscds.org . 


One person can register two individuals consecutively, provided the two people have different
email addresses.  If two people use the same email address, please make two separate
registrations.


Refunds issued before May 1, 2026 will be at 100% minus $200 administration fee. Any withdrawls
prior to July 1 will be at 50% minus $200 administration fee. There will be no refunds after July 1,
2026. Candidates are strongly advised to have suitable insurance to cover any loss of fees in
the event of illness, injury, or other unavoidable circumstances.

All meals are served buffet style and will automatically include common options such as vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free. If you have exceptional dietary requirements or allergies that are unlikely to be met with serve-yourself selections, please provide information.
