Summer School Weekend Only July 31 - August 2, 2020 (SS Weekend)

Effective April 5, 2020, TAC Summer Events registration has been suspended pending discussions with Mt. Royal University about our contract.

We will update you on the situation as soon as possible.

Below is an updated cancellation policy adopted as a result of the COVID-19 travel and meeting restrictions

  • A single form allows you to register for Teachers' Conference Weekend (TCW)  OR Summer School Week (SS)  OR BOTH TCW and SS.
  • All fees will be paid online through the TAC PayPal processor EITHER by credit card OR PayPal account; PLEASE NOTE you have the choice of paying with a credit card within the PayPal payment processor without having a PayPal account.
  • One person can register two individuals consecutively provided the two people have different email addresses.    If two people use the same email address, please make two separate registrations.
  • Cancellations:

The Summer Events Committee is monitoring the Covid-19 situation and keeping apprised of guidelines issued by the Province of Alberta regarding events and gatherings. At present we are planning to go ahead, but the situation is very fluid. However, please know if TAC or Mount Royal University cancels the event at any point, you will receive a full refund.

If you choose to cancel on or before July 2 you will receive a full refund less a $50 CDN administrative fee. Cancellations after July 2 will incur a $150 CDN administrative fee. We would prefer not to charge the administrative fee, but our transaction costs to date are in excess of $3000.

Participants are strongly advised to have suitable insurance to cover any loss of fees in the event of illness, injury, inability to attend, delayed arrival, early departure, or any other circumstances.

Dancers under the age of 18 years are required to attend with a parent or guardian who will be responsible for them for the duration of the Summer Event.
