ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS.

  • A single form allows you to register for Teachers' Conference Weekend (TCW)  OR Summer School Week (SS)  OR BOTH TCW and SS.
  • All fees will be paid online through the TAC PayPal processor EITHER by credit card OR PayPal account; PLEASE NOTE you have the choice of paying with a credit card within the PayPal payment processor without having a PayPal account.
  • IMPORTANT NEW FEATURE FOR 2022:  You have the option of paying the full registration fees at this time, or you can make a $500 deposit. If you choose to make a deposit, an invoice for the balance due will be sent to you in mid-May, with the balance due by June 1, 2022. 
  • The $500 deposit selection is mandatory as the selection will indicate if you plan to attend TCW only, SS only, or TCW & SS but PLEASE select the "none" button in the options below the deposit to avoid being charged the full amount.
  • If you wish to pay in full, please click the radio button next to your registration choice, and you will be charged that full amount.
  • One person can register two individuals consecutively, provided the two people have different email addresses.  If two people use the same email address, please make two separate registrations.
  • Cancellations:

    The Summer Events Committee is monitoring the Covid-19 situation and keeping apprised of guidelines issued by the Province of Alberta regarding events and gatherings. At present we are planning to go ahead, but the situation is very fluid. However, please know that if TAC or Mount Royal University cancels the event at any point, you will receive a full refund. 

     

    If you choose to cancel on or before June 15, 2022, you will receive a full refund less a $50 CAD administrative fee. Cancellations after June 15, 2022, will incur a $150 CAD administrative fee.

Participants are strongly advised to have suitable insurance to cover any loss of fees in the event of illness, injury, inability to attend, delayed arrival, early departure, or any other circumstances.

Dancers under the age of 18 years are required to attend with a parent or guardian who will be responsible for them for the duration of the Summer Event.

For dancers, the second choice of dance level must differ from that given above. If a different dance level is not given, the Summer Events Committee will randomly assign a second choice for you.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Suites consist of four single occupancy bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each single occupancy bedroom shares a bathroom with another bedroom in the same suite. We will endeavor to pair participants with a preferred person.

If we cannot match you with a preferred person, we will endeavour to pair participants who share a bathroom with a person of the same sex unless otherwise indicated.

All meals are served buffet style and will automatically include common options such as vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free. If you have exceptional dietary requirements or allergies that are unlikely to be met with serve-yourself selections, please provide information. Non-resident registration includes lunch and banquet(s) but does not include breakfast or dinner.
